About us

The Broome Surf Life Saving Club was established in 1987 to provide a volunteer beach safety service to the community of Broome and the thousands of visitors who travel to Cable Beach each year. Our club house was redeveloped in 2023, boasting uninterrupted ocean views, ample parking and upgraded beach access.

We are home to the Ocean View Bar. Opening hours:

From 4pm Wednesday - Thursday

From 3pm Friday - Sunday

The Broome Surf Life Saving Club is a not-for-profit organisation that exists with help from the generous support of community donations, fundraising and sponsorship. All funds raised by the BSLSC and Ocean View Bar go back to your club.
